Avalon Subdivision is situated between Old Fannin Road and Hugh Ward Parkway in Brandon. The main entrance on Old Fannin Road is just outside Flowood city limits in Brandon's 39047. The prime location is convenient to restaurants, shopping, medical facilities and recreation. Avalon got its start in the late 1990s and the neighborhood has prospered, today it's home to 400 households.

Neighborhood posts have what is known as a "long-tail," they are evergreen and show up time and again when anyone is on the Internet looking for homes to purchase, including what schools that children would attend, what shops are nearby, HOA information, etc.
Every time I write a neighborhood post, I ALWAYS get calls. It doesn't get much better than that!

I'm certain my idea is not original, but experience has proven that neighborhood posts give bloggers a subtantial return on their time and investment... of BLOGGING! The Gardens of Manship recently held a Grand Opening for the neighborhood pool and clubhouse at 124 Amethyst Drive. The clubhouse has a community room, kitchen, and bath. The pool area is landscaped, fenced, and overlooks the lake. Pool hours are posted at the clubhouse. Access fobs will be made available to residents. Use of the pool and clubhouse is limited to residents of Gardens of Manship and their invited guests. At this writing, twenty homes are available for sale in Gardens of Manship.
