Heads up, this is not a post about how you should spend your weekends working yourself to the max. Productivity has a much broader meaning than many individual give it credit for. You tend to equate productivity with doing things, rather than with taking time to think, reflect and rest.
You have to remember that busyness is not the same as productivity, being productive can mean working on a specific project efficiently, but it can also mean giving your mind a break. After all, when people are exhausted and burn out, they become less engaged with work.
