Today I visited a few Bank Owned Homes with my client. They were looking for a home with a large back yard. Unfortunately they did not find the home of their dreams today, but...they were blown away by the Real Estate Deals that exit for quailified buyers right now. For example we started out at home in White Oak Estates. A new subdivision of homes on just off Hoadly Rd. There were no photo's online so we took our chances.
