Oh give me back those warm summer days. I really enjoy showing homes during the summer but, these bone chilling evenings actually hurt! Don't get me wrong I will show you a home at 30 below if you want to see it but, I going to have to get some serious hand warmers! Just think were only in November! With the market being the way it's been. Alot of homes are sitting empty. In my area these cold days and evenings we are getting to the point of needing to make sure our properties are ready for the cold. I really didn't understand what that meant so I found it very interesting that you pour antifreeze in the drains to acheive this process. I would be interested if any other person has any other tips....
