What??? Ok kids get your minds out of the gutter. I' talking about making sure that the role you take on in a transaction is well played. I think in this market its so easy to get caught up on contingencies, and inspections, the other details can be easily lost until the last minute. Make sure that you are in regular contact with the title company or settlement attorney that your client has chosen. At the End of the Day . . One of the most commonly used phrases in our office is "At the End of the Day . . ." which is usually used to summarize a reality check for the issue at hand.
