This post is for consumers, REALTORS and appraisers alike! We need to get this petition signed an underway. If you have not signed it PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE sign it and forward it to every REALTOR you know. This is critical and it affects the way we are conducting business. In this tight market we cannot afford to keep ordering second and third appraisals to determine "value", at the expense of our clients!!!
