I love the beach!!! Who doesn't really? It is my job to know every beach condo that is on the market, how long it has been on, what the HOA monthly dues are, how strong the reserves are, the neighbors, what you might be able to rent it out for and how much you can expect to pay each month to own it with the current interest rates. Currently there are 50 beach condos for sale from Manhattan Beach sand section to South Redondo. The average price is $664,654.
