If you are near a military base there are many opportunities for selling homes and picking up buyers. Active duty military not only a base pay, but a housing allowance. In expensive places such as Hawaii they also receive a cost of living allowance.

Inventory has grown since last year, prices are up, interest rates are down. What does it all add up to? Those looking to upgrade their home are realizing this is a time of opportunity.
