schofield barracks: Military Bases are a Great Source of Clients - 11/13/06 12:37 PM
If you are near a military base there are many opportunities for selling homes and picking up buyers.
Active duty military not only a base pay, but a housing allowance.  In expensive places such as Hawaii they also receive a cost of living allowance.

VA Loans have been an extremely effective tool in my business.  Most of my buyers have been either active duty military or retirees.

schofield barracks: VA Loans are Such a Powerful Benefit/ Tool - 11/05/06 08:15 PM

schofield barracks: Mililani, Hawaii - A changing market, many opportunities - 11/05/06 07:40 PM
Inventory has grown since last year, prices are up, interest rates are down.  What does it all add up to?  Those looking to upgrade their home are realizing this is a time of opportunity.
Home prices in the Mililani area are still high, but appear to be leveling and possibly beginning to soften.  With interest rates still low it may be a good time to move your existing property.
With an ever growing inventory of homes on the market, shopping for a new home is appearing to be the land of opportunity.  This may also be a good time to lock in interest rates.
