I know it is important to many to be in an area with great schools, but I have never liked the way many homebuyers and perhaps others are so focused on a one word description of the school ...like Exemplary or Great Schools ranks it a 10. Most people have little or no idea what the rankings are based on and why one school might be recognized and another exemplary. It may be issues that are of no importance to your child.
