Ah! the 4th has come and gone. What a great chance to catch up with friends and
family!
One thing I found, as I made my rounds this weekend, I was inspired by a great
garden & pool area. Now I've done a bit of updating on my own landscaping. The
outcome, greater "curb appeal".
I love the look of my home as I'm driving up to it.
Now, I'm not selling my home any time soon, however, I thought you might benefit

We lost an American icon this week. He literally & figuratively "fought the good fight".
Mohammed Ali had a presence and leaves a legacy with his children and
grandchildren, and in American culture.
As I surfed the 'net in search of just the right image or quote, I came upon the one
above, of how he'd like to be remembered. How amazing to have lived your life in
such a way that you are remembered as you'd planned. It's certainly how I remember
him.

As I've been going around these past few months - either on caravan or with clients looking
for a home, I've noticed something really important to you, as someone thinking about selling

I'd like to share a story with you. This week, a friend, who is very computer-savvy, had a computer issue. She put a video of "the red screen of death" on facebook. What I found interesting was all of the comments. Everyone has some working knowledge (as end-users) of computers, right? Especially if they're on facebook. I'm sure that you've heard that the Spring Market is the time to sell your home. The reason this idea is so popular is that yes, a LARGE number of homes sell between April and June, EVERY YEAR. Because of this, many homeowners, like yourself, might wait to put their homes on the market until then.

by price point for 2015 as compared to 2014.
Some Highlights: Home Sales are up year-over-year in the top 4 price ranges and only slightly below last year's numbers in a fifth.
