There are still some grear buys available at Nu River Landing Condo located on the south side of historic New River Down town Fort Lauderdale... But the inventory is going down quite fast. As of February 18, 2011 there are only 20 active listings. There were 33 closings within the last 6 months. There are 13 units in contract and 17 units in a "back up contract" status...
