The Woods is a wonderful place to live....I know that because my husband and I live here. It is truly care free living. No lawn mowing, no snow shoveling, no leaves to rake and no gutters to clean. The grounds are a burst of color in the spring filled with flowering trees, they turn lush and green in the summer and the fall the grounds area a blaze of color. Well, it happened...I got my first sale from a post I wrote on my AR Blog. I wrote a nice general post about condo living in Rhinebeck, NY. I featured "The Woods", a lovely complex where my husband and I live. I got 4 phone calls from prospective buyers directly from the blog. The blog took them to my website where they found a condo for sale and called me. I showed the condo to two different couples and one of them made an offer.
