If you've been following the series, the open house is scheduled for tomorrow. I hope it's a successful one for you. If you missed the earlier posts, start from the beginning. Ensure Utilities Are On - If the property is occupied, I suppose this is not really necessary. However if you are holding open a vacant property (including REO's) then it's important to know in advance what utilities will be available. Ah, it's December again, the time when agents all over the country evaluate their performance for the year and hopefully finalize their business plans for the coming year. The past year has been brutal for many and it seems that lots of agents have left the business for more consistent income in other industries.
