Requests For Repairs... Do I Have To Do Them...?? An important event during a home sale, is the Home Inspection. The Buyer hires a Home Inspector - hopefully one accredited by CREIA or ASHI - to inspect your home. They prepare a Report, explaining their findings. Your Realtor will get a copy of this Report, and you will have a chance to see it, along with a list of any requested repairs that the Buyers may have compiled. Sometimes the Buyers request that repairs are done... Sometimes the Buyers ask for a "credit" in lieu of the requested repairs... Sometimes they don't request any repairs at (2 comments)
