I often hear complaints about other Realtors, but I figured it was just part of the job. Many people dislike Realtors and lately from being online in places like Facebook, I can see why they get some bad impressions. Obviously Realtors are still people. They have not yet been automated. As in any profession or actually in any part of life, people will perceive and react differently than you. This morning, a question was asked in a group that I belong to because it is my area. Mimi Foster does not know me. (I don't think) This morning I was in the Newbie Group and happened across a post by Barbara Jo in Clearwater Florida. realtor: The Internet vs a Professional Realtor?

This post was inspired by a post by Richard Weisser here. My comment was getting way too long, so here it is. The question was about Brokerages phasing out due to the Internet.
I worry more about HGTV than the Internet! The Internet is my best friend. I have made more contacts, advertised homes more successfully and have even had a client find a home to look at that I missed! Realtors do not simply find homes!
