Friday January 8, 2016. We, I am waiting the landlords decision on renting to an extended family. Decision was to increase the rent? Tenants declined. I resigned. Say goodbye. Equal Housing comply.
I also received an urgent call from a tenant that moved Monday about the security deposit. Don't these people know I have 30 days to impose a claim on the deposit? It is usually taken care of within 14 days. There are things to be done before it's ready to rent again. I must determine who pays for these things. It takes time. I only have 2 hands. Property management can be demanding.
