In Morgan Hill and every one of my reporting areas the total homes in foreclosure has risen or remained unchanged. And if that isn't enough, the inventories are dropping as well folks. Some current numbers for Morgan Hill (95037)... once again, it's our interpretation of what the market is really doing and where it's heading. And if you take notice to the increase in the median price this week it may help some buyers make a move!
