So tell me, is anyone out there still thinking they can make huge profits flipping homes?  Even the so called reality shows on the subject are mysteriously gone.  So how are things in your market.  I have to be honest...flipping has never been viable in my market.  The reason it didn't is the same reason that we have fared well through this whole real estate debacle.  The values in our market have historically been very slow and steady.  There have been no huge upswings in price so there was no "bubble" to burst.  The factor that has had the most negative effect on our market is the national … (2 comments)
