You are in the process of buying a home. When you put an offer on a property you will need to put a deposit with the offer. What happens with this deposit? Do they cash it? What if my deal falls apart? Do I get my money back? Is it part of my downpayment? There are questions we get asked many times. You do not have to worry about your deposit.
