Do we work with a sense of urgency. The question was brought to me yesterday? I asked the agent what their thoughts on this where. The were concerned about looking to pushy. So, I asked what would be the inverse concern if you did not look pushy. They thought and replied that I suppose a client may not think they really wanted to help the family find a home.
