Put yoru running shoes on. Lead counts are way up. Urgency is being shown by the buyer community. Why, the tax credit is ending November 30. I have agents that usually get 10 leads a day and now are seeing 30 leads a day. The lead generation isn't any different so why. Clients are seeing multiple offers as first time homebuyers do not want to lose out on the tax credit. From now til nov 30 we should be able to stuff GCI in a big way.
