I have a few listings and they all regularly have showings, some are hopeful, some are not.  But when a listing has a showing, then a second....then A THIRD YEAH - THIS IS IT!!  Then…..Nothing......A few days pass and I reach out to the buyer's agent, she says "they are holding off due to price and condition".  What?? Happy Valentine's Day!  Today has been a good day.  Woke up to chocolates laid out for my kids and me from the husband - it's a tradition in our family.  For every birthday and for Valentine's day we put treats on the kitchen table for the kids to see when they come downstairs in the morning when getting ready for school.  It's the small things like these traditions that keep me going.  The real estate business is so unpredictable it's trying at times.   But when you can count on waking up to treats on the kitchen table, well….. then it's a … (0 comments)

Here in northern New England, today will be a long Monday!  It's amazing how the outcome of a football game can change one's mood so drastically.  I've been thinking about this day for a week now.  Today, I have appointments with sellers and buyers and I have been pondering how the outcome of the Superbowl would affect their mood and ultimately our appointment.  There are some serious Patriots fans up here and it’s not pretty in Boston after a loss such as we saw last night!
