It matters who lists your house, because that agent is your marketing agent. Ask the agent what she does to ensure your house gets the largest exposure. How many web sites list your house? I don't know about your marketplace, but things really got jumping here in Central Louisiana toward the last half of the year. From August until now, I've had experiences I've never had in my seven-year real estate career. I'm speaking of multiple offers on three different priced listings in a three-week period and six closings in one month. What brought on this influx of buyers? What made them step through the open door to home ownership?
