Battery Replacement for a Samsung Galaxy S4
Chef Dolores uses a Samsung Galaxy S4 smartphone. The case was distorted by an expanding battery even though the phone was still working. We thought that a trip to the Verizon store in Gaithersburg would provide a solution since that is where we purchased the phone.
We were told that the Verizon store no longer sells batteries and referred us to Battery Warehouse in Rockville. That was good information and Jeffrey Korns at Battery Warehouse was able to provide a replacement battery. He told Dolores that she was lucky because expanded batteries sometimes crack the screen.
