Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix
For her recent batch of brownies, Chef Dolores used the Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix, her favorite. These brownies wonderful and freeze well for future desserts.
There are six pouches of brownie mix in the 7 lb. 8 oz. box. Dolores uses two pouches for a 13" x 9" pan. She adds 2/3 cup of water, 2/3 cup of vegetable oil and two eggs. You may also wish to add some nuts. This time, she used walnuts. Cook at 325 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. They were done in 40 minutes in her oven. Enjoy!
