Happy Hour at Carrabba's Italian Grill, Germantown, Maryland
Chef Dolores and I went to our local Carrabba's Italian Grill for happy hour. Happy hour is frequently a dinner substitute for us. We enjoyed the Tomato Caprese with Fresh Burrata, creamy burrata mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, red onions, balsamic glaze, drizzled with extra-virgin olive oil. Our second selection was Calamari with marinara sauce. The house wine was Bonizio Bianco by Cecchi, an Italian white blend. Click on the link to view the menu.

Happy hour at Carrabba's Italian Grill in Germantown, Maryland becomes our dinnertime on a regular basis. We sit in a booth in the bar area to take advantage of the happy hour specials. During a recent visit, we enjoyed the shrimp scampi and the tomato caprese with fresh burrata mozzarella. The house white wine, Bonizio Bianco, is very good. Click on the link to view the menu.
