Chef Dolores wanted to try the plant based Beyond Meat Burger at our local Yard House restaurant at the Rio Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg so we took advantage of their 1/2 price burger offer and went there for happy hour. Dolores opted for the vegan mixed green salad to go with her burger. I selected the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger and fries. They were delicious.
