Chef Dolores and I had lunch at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Dolores selected the Portabella Sandwich, Roasted red pepper, tomato, spinach, herbed goat cheese, balsamic drizzle, toasted brioche bun.
