Are you ready for positive, encouraging Cuyahoga Falls Ohio real estate news? Sellers are still selling and buyers are still buying in Cuyahoga Falls! Cuyahoga Falls Ohio is having a strong spring/summer! We currently have 63 residential properties under contract, and 105 residential properties have been sold between 4/30/08 and 6/30/08. At this time last year, we had 16 additional properties sold, so we are lower in units sold. Our 2008 numbers are not bad at all -check it out! Average sale price for this quarter: $123,452.
