Toledo Market Update for December 2013
In the past month in Toledo, Ohio real estate sales and listings have risen above the levels of last year.
December sales of single-family homes in Lucas and Upper Wood County reported by the Toledo Board of REALTORS 2012, and increase of 9% compared to the previous month totaled 386. This was an increase of 6% compared to December of 2012.
Sales volume generated by December activity totaled $48 million, which was up 28% from 2012, and year to date sales volume is up 11% over the same time period in 2012. The median sales price was … (2 comments)

Getting client feedback--hmmmm. The only one I used was a blank form for my clients to fill out towards the end of the listing or purchasing a home. In looking at "Which one(s) are you using, and how's that working out for you? Are you willing and able to try something new? I saw many different ideas to get a better picture of how they interpreted what I did and how it affected them. Good wake-up call!

There was an interesting article in Healthy Living News (http://hlntoledo.com) which reminded me of what all of us should do when away from our homes. Well, I hadn't thought much about it--we always lock the door, put the security system on, notify the neighbors that we will be gone, stop the mail & newspaper. So that should be enough--right? Wrong!
#1--Don't broadcast your departure--really? What this means is: don't broadcast you departure in Facebook or Twitter that you will be out of town. Or worse yet--that you are currently partying in .... (Aruba, France, Canada, etc). Ok that makes sense.
