I just wanted to make a quick post about the current market. I am writing this on June 19th, 2008 so you have a referance as to when this was written. Currently our market is what I would call soft. Homes under $200,000 are still selling within 30-60 days but homes over $300,000 are up to around 90-120 days and usually sellers are offering some sort of concession such as paying buyers closing costs, paying upgrades or discounting the price by as much as 15%.
