parking: Knowing Where to Park in Great Neck Influences Some Purchasers
- 01/02/08 08:14 AM
Parking in Great Neck is a commodity. Proximity to the train station and the ability to find parking has influenced many of the buyers I have worked with in their decision to purchase a home. The Great Neck Park District owns and manages three commuter lots. There is a daily fee to park in those lots. You may purchase a daily ticket from the Dunkin Donuts across from the train station or buy a monthly or annual parking sticker. An annual ticket is a 13% saving. An annual ticket is $635, a monthly ticket is $60 and a daily ticket is $3.50. Residents (0 comments)
