listing apointment: Do you bring listing paperwork to a listing appointment?

Usually we do bring the paperwork with us. We used to think that bringing paperwork might jinx the deal, but now we draft listing agreement and disclosures and then tell the seller that we are ‘ready to go, if you are.’ Sometimes they are, and we finalize the listing agreement right then and there. We can get the property on MLS as soon as the professional photographer can make the photos. Of course, sometimes we go to the listing appointment, and realize that the property and the seller are not a good fit for us, and we leave, wishing them well, and then just recycle (0 comments)
Nashville TN is an exciting city with many things to do. There are many restaurants, several colleges and universities, and sports. Sports include professional football (Titans), hockey (Predators), and baseball (Nashville Sounds).
A special niche is seniors who want to downsize. We can talk to you confidentially and share knowledge and ideas on how to proceed. We have a network of cleaners, painters, gardeners, and handy people.
We never rush our clients to make a decision, as we work on your schedule, not ours. We can refer you to private lenders, mortgage lenders, and other vendors in the area. And, of course, we never accept a fee for the referral to a vendor or lender. Even though vendors come highly recommended to us, or we have had personal experience with their work, you should always interview them and get other references and come to your own comfort level with them before contracting.
