I had my first open house for my new listing on Sunday February 10th. It was a great turnout with approx. 50 different groups coming through. Between last week and this week, there seems to be a big buzz around Westwood and people are actively looking to buy. The market has been pretty busy in the single family homes department with many homes going into escrow in the first few weeks of hitting the market.
