As the market improves it appears more agents are willing to spend more momey marketing homes and to buyers. Often agents forget what they learned in the bad market.. If it didnt work in a bad market why bother doing it in a good market? It still costs you the same and chance are you will get the same results.

I finally made the step up I had been planning this for along time, actually since I originally got licensed.. I take that back.. I wanted to do it before I got licensed.
One of my biggest goal for 2012 was to do it, but I couldn't due to the requirements!
So I just regulated myself to being ready to do it Feb 1, 2013.
I got everything together, paid the fees,invested the time
But it didn't quite work that way...
