Sparkman Club Estates is simply an amazing neighborhood! In the last six months this neighborhood, with its small town feel in the heart of northwest Dallas, has enjoyed 15 sales, with an average sales price of $267,164. Currently there are six properties on the market ranging in price from $219,900 to $375,000. Most of the homes in this neighborhood were built from the late 1950s to the early 1960s.
