florida real estate: I remain optimistic about the Real Estate industry in Florida

What's that saying: "what goes up must come down"...Well the opposite is also true...I don't know about the rest of the country, but speaking for myself I have remained optimistic about the Real Estate industry. In our business or any sales industry fueled by commission, we all must not only consistently keep our data bases updated and well oiled, but also our attitudes. Whether it means watching a light movie, reciting positive mantras, or smiling; it's imperative that we remain united and keep plowing forward towards a common goal!
