Money from the government! Yes that's right. If you have not purchased a house in the last 3 years you could be entitled to some money from Uncle Sam. With the lowest interest rates in years and the tax stimulus it is a great time to buy a home. There have been a lot of misconceptions about the new house stimulus package.
