Yikes! Housing inventory is down to less than one month in our Cary - Apex - Western Wake County NC. Homes under 450k are selling like hot cakes - Good news, I have 6 homes coming in the next 3-4 weeks as my sellers get ready for market. Townhomes from 133,900 to 600k with full finished basement. Each home owner has an Action Plan of "To Do's" like painting, cleaning windows inside and out + removing screens for max light throughout home. In our area we have started our historical August through Labor Day slow time. Consumers take late summer vacation and get children ready for school and college return. We have had the hot, hot, multiple offers for homes ( Great Homes) under 300k. For starter homes our inventory is in extreme need. Cary, Apex voted #1 Place to Live in US 2015 ~ homes fly off the shelf in 1 day or less.
