Steve and Eleanor Thorne are 2 of our best local lenders in the Triangle, they stay on top of the finical markets plus do a great job keeping the Realtors they work with informed and up todate. A great example of useful information are the charts below about how 11 states have the highest foreclosure rates in the US, and how NC continually ranks in the top achieving places to live work and play. Cary seems to top all list for quality of life, cost of living and a great place to raise a family from activites to top ranking schools. … (2 comments)
