In the mail this week, direct addressed to more than 1000 owners, amazing information in ONE place! What is this you ask? Are you sick and tired of fliers that are obviously trying to sell something. How about the exact opposite! Amazing value, no sales, just community building? We think this is it. My Team and I have designed a building brochure for our favorite buildings downtown (a part of it is above). It features all the listings, recent sales, an ineractive facebook page, a full-fledged website with rentals for the building and all current and sold listings, strata information, builder/developer … (1 comments)

I need the genius of my AR crew! Should I post-cart of letter direct mail? Any other alternatives? What do I mean? Well, this article is a question for my favorite communities on Active Rain.
