Seattle Based Walk Score Gets 2 Million investment dollars to expand into other regions of the world and plans to target every aspect of real estate. They hope that using a Walk Score in describing a homes attributes will be as common as describing the number of bedrooms and baths. If your home is in a very walkable neighborhood where you can do almost everything without getting into your car, that is a really great selling point for your house, but what if your home scored low on the Walk Score? would you want this to be something that is standard for home searches? The California boom of housing sales started and Seattle followed right behind, The California decrease in sales price lagged and dropped and Seattle followed.
