After the most rain I have ever personally seen, those of us that live in PG County, MD are happy to see the sun. This should be a good weekend to check out the many attractive and desirable homes currently available on the market. There are some great homes open to the public this tomorrow, September 11, 2011.

The question is, Do you really need a real estate agent when you're buying a new home? The answer, an emphatic yes!!!! Last year my husband and I decided we wanted to purchase a new home. I knew it would be an easy task. I would just drive into that community I pass all the time, pick out what I want and they would start building. Of course, life is not that simple. Turns out I didn't like any of the available floor plans in my price range. I was left trying to figure out where to go next. A little research (4 comments)
