The weather is gorgeous in the DC area. After a strange winter it seems like Spring is really here.

Today should be a great day for house shopping.

Remember when visiting the open houses that the agent holding the open house works exclusively for the seller. In MD, that agent is not allowed to solicit you as a client while at the open house.

Good luck with your open houses.

Take your mother to Brookside Gardens, in the Wheaton Regional Regional Park in Montgomery County, for the Orchid Show and Sale on March 17-18.

She would love Longwood Gardens, in Kennett Square, PA and that would be a wonderful day trip to see Orchid Extravaganza and the International Orchid Show from March 23-25.
