How many of us are thinking about investing overseas???????? Europe, Africa, Caribbean????? Well... it's time to start thinking about investing in the U.S first! It is cheap, easy to acquire with less legal restraints and complicated tax structures. Coming from the U.K myself I know how complicated it is to acquire property in Europe! It is not simply getting a realtor to do all the paperwork for you and to find you that great property you've been looking for the past 10 years.
