BIG OR SMALL I STAGE THEM ALL! WHY STAGE IT? FOR $$$ and the S A L E!, THAT'S WHY. Staging is all about results. Sure the houses show great and there is immense satisfaction in tastefully showcasing the fantastic features of a home, but the goal is the S O L D sign. Some want to take a shortcut to staging and just do a little bit. However taking shortcuts in staging shortchanges a return on equity in the home.
