I have been investing in real estate for years and have sold real estate for brokerages. I am fortunate enough to be the director of the subsidiary real estate company to a large construction lender. On top of that, our bank has the most aggressive preconstruction investor loans in the industry. Literally. With this trait, I get a billion phone calls from realtors, mortgage brokers, investors...all wanting the same thing: our financing.
