Okay Mr & Mrs Seller - When is too much too much? I went to a brokers' open awhile back, a lovely high end property in a really nice side of town. My fellow agent wanted our office to critique and provide feedback for the seller. From the first step inside, I realized I had fallen down a rabbit hole.
