It's that time of year again. Every January, HITS Horse Shows In The Sun brings AA and Grand Prix level jumping to the Ocala area. Beginning on January 20th and continuing through March 21, this is an event that isn't to be missed. I was reading another member's blog post today, and it brought to mind one of my pet peeves about lazy seller's agents. Bear in mind that I'm not trying to say that all agents are lazy, but it seems to me that some of them (in my area, anyway), are really falling down on the job. I'm showing (or trying to show) 6 properties tomorrow (Sunday) to a cash buyer. I made my calls yesterday morning (Friday) to set appointments, and get lockbox codes for the vacant homes that didn't have an electronic lockbox.
