So far this year there have been 841 single family homes which were built on site, sold through the Branson MLS as of the middle of December. The lowest reported price was $5,500 and the highest priced sale reported was $842,000. Keep in mind that Missouri is a non-disclosure State so what is reported may not represent the actual reality but is a very good representation of it.
